You are responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment to access the Site and assume full responsibility for its use.

No advice or statements from FullProspect or its affiliates create any additional warranty. Service Functionality

The Service may store logs of your interactions for debugging, legal, or billing purposes. Error logs are retained for three months, while activity logs remain available for as long as your account is active and are deleted one month after you unsubscribe.

Payment Terms

New users are entitled to a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires a valid credit card. All fees are non-refundable, billed in advance, and exclusive of taxes. There are no refunds for partial months or unused services unless billed in error. We reserve the right to change service fees with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the options page or by contacting us at [email protected]. There are no cancellation fees. Upon cancellation, your account will be disabled, and all related data will be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to refuse service or close your account at any time without notice, for any or no reason.

Passwords and Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not share or resell your login credentials. If more than one person needs to use the same account, you must request permission from us. Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised passwords.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of FullProspect.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control.

Entire Agreement
