At FullProspect, we have implemented the necessary measures to ensure full compliance with GDPR regulations. Below are the steps we’ve taken to protect your data and adhere to GDPR standards.

Security

We take data security very seriously. The only sensitive data we store includes your credentials (email and encrypted password), and we ensure that this information is encrypted and transmitted exclusively via a Secure HTTP (https) connection.

Retention of Logs and Usage Statistics

We retain system logs for the purpose of improving our services and troubleshooting issues. These logs are deleted automatically after three months and are used solely for monitoring and debugging. Additionally, usage statistics are stored while you’re subscribed to the service and are deleted within one month after you unsubscribe.

Data portability

Under GDPR, you have the right to request and download any personal data you’ve provided to us. To obtain a copy of your account data, contact us at [email protected], and we will process your request within 72 hours.

Third-party processors

We only work with third-party service providers that comply with GDPR regulations. Currently, FullProspect uses Stripe for payment processing, which fully adheres to GDPR standards.

Right to be forgotten

If you would like your data to be permanently deleted, please contact us at [email protected]. After completing the required authentication steps, we will delete all data associated with your account. Even without a request, your data will be automatically removed one month after you unsubscribe from FullProspect.

Data Processing Addendum

In some cases, FullProspect could be classified as a data processor, though this is limited since most processing occurs on your side. As a data controller, you are required to have a data processing agreement with your processors. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy collectively serve as this agreement. By using FullProspect, you consent to these terms.
