Google User Data (Gmail Integration)When you choose to connect your Gmail account to FullProspect, we request the gmail.send permission. This permission allows FullProspect to send only the emails you compose and explicitly choose to send from within the FullProspect application, using your connected Gmail account.This is a send-only permission. FullProspect cannot read, view, modify, delete, or download any of your existing emails, drafts, contacts, labels, or any other content in your Gmail mailbox. We access your Gmail account solely to deliver the individual outreach messages you create and send through our interface.We store the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Google, encrypted at rest, so that you do not have to reconnect your account for each email, along with a record of the messages you send (recipient, subject, and send status). We do not store the contents of your mailbox.You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time within FullProspect's account settings, or by visiting your Google Account permissions page. Disconnecting immediately revokes our access and deletes the associated tokens.
FullProspect's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements, and we do not sell this data or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve this feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
Accessing and Updating Your InformationIf you are a FullProspect user and wish to view, update, or delete your personal data, you can do so by logging into your account or contacting us at [email protected]. We will address your request within 30 days. We reserve the right to decline requests that are unreasonable or not required by law.
